These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the analysis services provided by ResisView Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "ResisView") through its website.
2. Amendment of Terms
ResisView may amend these terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws including the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Digital Signature Act, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
3. Matters Not Covered
Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea.
Chapter 2. Services and Customers
1. Provision of Services
ResisView provides EDC microscope-based non-contact conductance distribution analysis services, and the content of services may be changed as necessary.
2. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate information when applying, and must notify us immediately of any changes.
Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information
ResisView collects and uses personal information as follows for the provision of analysis services.
- Items collected: Name, affiliation, department, contact number, email
- Purpose of use: Provision of analysis services, delivery of results, issuance of tax invoices
- Retention period: Retained for 5 years after service completion, then destroyed
